Is the prototype correct the first time?

Yes, often it is however this depends on the quality of the technical specification that we produce together with you at the factory.

A good file consists of:

  • Properly referenced numerical drawings (this is imperative) to international standards,
  • Clear manufacturing tolerances,
  • The ‘tricks’ of fabrication that you have acquired over the years
  • Specification written in English or German
  • Quality plan

If we are replacing an existing supplier working with PDF documents which aren’t referenced or up to date (this happens in 40% of cases), we will do the preliminary work with you.
